Inflatable & Soft Play Set Rental Declaration 2025/2026

Thank you for choosing L & L Wonder World for your upcoming event! We are committed to ensuring a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all participants. To help maintain the highest safety standards and preserve the quality of our inflatables and soft play sets, please carefully review the following safety guidelines. The hirer (you) is responsible for adhering to these instructions to ensure the safety of all guests.

1. Age Limit: Each inflatable and soft play set has a specific age limit. Please ensure that no one over the designated age limit uses the inflatable and soft play set to avoid injury.

2. No Food, Drink, or Gum: For safety and to prevent damage to the inflatable and soft play set, no food, drinks, or gum should be allowed on or near the jumping castle or soft play area. Note: A cleaning or repair fee will be charged if the inflatable and soft play set is returned dirty or damaged.

3. Remove Footwear & Accessories: All footwear, glasses, jewelry, and badges must be removed before using the inflatable and soft play set to avoid injury or damage.

4. Avoid Hazardous Products: Please ensure that no face paints, party poppers, streamers, silly string, or ink-based products are used near or on the inflatable and soft play set.

5. No Smoking or Cooking Equipment: For safety reasons, smoking or cooking equipment should never be used near the inflatable and soft play set.

6. Safe Use of Inflatable and Soft Play Set: Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the inflatable and soft play set walls is strictly prohibited. Always ensure that guests use the inflatable and soft play set as intended.

7. Adult Supervision Required: A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable and soft play set at all times. Please refrain from consuming alcohol or any substances while supervising the equipment.

8. Prevent Overcrowding: Ensure the inflatable and soft play set is not overcrowded and that the number of children using it is appropriate for their age and size. Try to avoid mixing larger and smaller children at the same time.

9. No Rough Play: Prevent horseplay – such as pushing, fighting, or overly aggressive bouncing – on the inflatable and soft play set. Somersaults or flips are strictly prohibited, as they pose a risk of injury.

10. Safety Step Use: Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. The safety step is there to help users enter or exit the inflatable, not for play.

11. Health and Injury Precautions: No one with a history of back or neck problems, or anyone who is unwell, should use the inflatable and soft play set.

12. Safety During Inflation & Deflation: For safety reasons, no one should be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.

13. Prohibited Items: Please ensure that pets, toys, or sharp objects are kept away from the inflatable and soft play set to avoid damage and injury.

14. Proper Clothing: Ensure that children are appropriately dressed for play, and that no items, such as loose objects or toys, can fall out of pockets while using the inflatable and soft play set.

15. Clear Surrounding Area: A clear space of at least 2 meters around the inflatable and soft play set is essential. Ensure that the blower is placed at least 1 meter away from the inflatable and soft play set.

16. Wet Conditions: Do not allow use of the inflatable and soft play set if the jumping surface and soft play area becomes wet, as this may create hazardous conditions.

17.Rain Precautions: In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be turned off to avoid potential safety risks. If the inflatable and soft play set becomes wet, please dry it with a towel before allowing further use.

18.Blower Malfunction: If the blower stops working, ensure that all users get off the inflatable immediately. In the event of overheating or power loss, switch off the blower at the mains and notify L & L Wonder World right away.

By renting an inflatable and soft play set from L & L Wonder World, all users do so at their own risk. The hirer assumes full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse of the equipment. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of all guests, and it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure they are strictly followed. L & L Wonder World cannot accept responsibility for any injuries caused while using the inflatable and soft play set. The hirer agrees to pay for any loss or damage that may occur during the rental period, including any necessary cleaning or repairs.
